Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and proactive Community Manager to build, nurture, and engage our online and offline communities. This role is responsible for being the voice of the brand, fostering meaningful conversations, and creating a vibrant, loyal user base across social media platforms, forums, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies
  • Manage daily interactions on social media, forums, and other platforms
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner
  • Organize community events, AMAs, webinars, or meetups
  • Monitor feedback, trends, and sentiment to inform brand strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align messaging
  • Identify and empower brand advocates and influencers

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager or similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online culture
  • Passion for building relationships and fostering a positive community atmosphere
  • Experience with community management tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Creative, empathetic, and results-driven mindset
